Bicycle Maintenance @Aberlady

Great to be able to help Aberlady Scouts learn some bike repair and maintenance skills yesterday evening.

Many thanks to Scout leader Sam Robertson and our brilliant bike tutors Andy Bradshaw and Dan Waters for teaching everyone how to: check and adjust the brakes; check and adjust the gear change; adjust the seat and handlebars to a correct height; remove a wheel and locate and repair a puncture.
