Fixing for a Future is delighted to announce that we have been awarded £86,970 from the National Lottery Community Fund!
Over the next 3 years we'll be working with schools and communities across East Lothian to develop a campaign 'Against Fast Fashion!' involving pop up workshops, community sewing projects, over 200 textile repair classes and fashion shows 'Against Fast Fashion!'
We'll also be further developing East Linton Tool Library and continuing to run regular Repair Cafes - plus, providing support and advice to any group wanting to set up a Tool Library or Repair Cafe!
Thanks to National Lottery Community Fund for funding us and our fabulous volunteer team for making it all possible. Exciting times ahead!
