Great collaboration between Fixing for a Future, DadsWork and Musselburgh Men's Shed!
An exceptional array of items repaired and created, including a rain jacket with broken fastening, split pocket seams, an apron to hold workshop tools, a neck warmer, purses with zips, cushions and a cover for a hot tub!
And so many skills learned, including linings and zip fitting, threading and setting up a sewing machine, using a variety of settings and stitches, such as zig-zig, unpicking and hand sewing skills.
